I have been a resident of central Oklahoma my entire life. I received
my higher education at the University of Oklahoma and have been in the
residential mortgage business or other service related businesses for over 30 years.
These many years of residence and experience have rendered an acute understanding of
what Oklahomans want and expect from a mortgage lender.
I have discovered, as a loan officer, it is of the utmost importance to be conscientious in
my efforts to serve, keeping a constant awareness of my client's needs and desires. Notice I
mentioned needs and desires! These are in many instances very different entities, and a loan
officer who only listens to and supplies the client's basic needs misses the mark on the
